Brrr it’s starting to get cold out. Landon turned 18 on Oct first my how time flies. At the end of oct. Landon and I went to a halloween dress up party Landon went as Fred Astaire top hat and all. (which behave him self by the way)
I went as a Gypsy with BIG hoop earrings that weighed a ton.
My apologies I did not take any pictures.
In Sep. 2014, I started babysitting in a homeschool co-op nursery for the school year. It’s very exhausting, but fun and rewarding at the same time.
I have to get up very early (for me) once a week to watch an average of 14-17 children between the ages of two and four. It has been a learning experience to figure out how to watch so many rambunctious kids that can’t be reasoned with. It’s an experience I’m glad I was a part of.
One thing that makes it even more enjoyable is that I am accompanied by my friend Hannah, which makes getting up early even more worth it.
In August 2014,we went to California for two weeks. While there, we went to the beach and brought home hundreds sea shells. The day we left for home we sent Sarah home on an airplane so she could go to work the next day. The rest of us spent the three day trip home in the car, but at least we stopped to see the beautiful Grand Canyon, WOW, that was magnificent! We spent the last night in Casper,Wyoming and then in late morning we left for South Dakota.
Home sweet home.
Fun fact: the Grand Canyon is 1900 square miles and the average depth is 4000 ft.
Just a heads up my next several post’s will be about the things that happened during the last six months.
Yay, I got my drivers permit. I am so exited to get started driving. I did not think I would pass this test, you are only allowed to get four out of twenty-five answers wrong, and I was at three and I had ten questions left, but thankfully everything went well and I passed the test. And then I walked up to the window and the man told me to sign my name on the thingy with a pen, and that was the first time I had ever used this type of thing and my hand writing was bad. Then he went and put that signature on my permit, dang, I wish he would have told me what he was going to do with it.

One day Dominic came up to me and said with a sour face and arms around his belly:
“Mawea, my tumic huwts wēlly bad.” And I said to him” oh, I feel so sorry for you.” then he replied “I forgive you.”
Oh, what a sweet heart, I hope he feels better soon.
Have a nice day 🙂
Here ye here ye Claire Monica Frederes beat John’s walking record. John was taking 2-3 steps at 10 and a half months and Claire is now taking 2-4 steps at 9 months! She is the earliest walker ever in our family. Congratulations Claire.
Where in world has the time gone? It’s February seventh and I feel like we just got over with Christmas. Well it could help me feel this way because we still have our tree up but not decorated. Ahhh Its February! and even more ahhh, I am taking the 8th grade test in three months. Ahhh.

Have a good week
Last week dominic and I made quesidillas. (case-a-de-as) I put on the sour cream and then I passed it to Dominic who put on the cheese. Last, Dominic put the finished quesidillas on a pan.
P.s I turned on the heat after he put them on so he would not burn himself.
He wanted to stay a fair distance away from the flam.
Stuffing more cheese in my mouth.
Dominic will never fail to say cheese for a camera, even with lots of mozzarella in his mouth.
