September 2014

In Sep. 2014, I started babysitting in a homeschool co-op nursery for the school year.  It’s very exhausting, but fun and rewarding at the same time.

I have to get up very early (for me) once a week to watch an average of 14-17 children between the ages of two and four. It has been a learning experience to figure out how to watch so many rambunctious kids that can’t be reasoned with. It’s an experience I’m glad I was a part of.

One thing that makes it even more enjoyable is that I am accompanied by my friend Hannah, which makes getting up early even more worth it.

God Supplied Me With All My Needs And Wants

This last Saturday Sarah and I went shopping for jewelry at the mall.  We left around 4:00.p.m.  First we went to Yonkers because I had a gift card and I picked out a ring and a pair of earrings.  It is kind of hard to find  stuff in yonkers for earrings.  Most of the earrings they  have are for ages 18 and up. Then we went to the Icing store (another jewelry shop) and I did not find anything there.  Then we went to Maurices and I found two pairs of earrings there. Last, we went to Clair’s and macys, I found nothing there.  We left around 5:30 and started home.   I thought “I’m very thirsty” from shopping and I looked down and there was a water bottle with cold ice water in it.  Then I was hungry and I opened the cubby, there was a mostly eaten chocolate bar.  God surely supplied me with all my needs and wants.

Dominic Is A Big Helper

Dominic is all way trying to help to do any thing Vacuum, sweep, fold clothes, wipe up water that he spills, wash the table, and more and here are two examples.

And he all way does it with a smile.

Here he spilled water and we gave him a towel and he wiped it up.

Then after he was done he shook out the towel.
